Boy Scout Troop 163 (Covington, Georgia) Homepage

We regret to inform you that Boy Scout Troop 163 is no longer a chartered unit of the Boy Scouts of America. Please feel free to contact the Yellow River District Executive Chelsea Denson at cdenson@bsamail.org if you are interested in joining a Boy Scout unit from the Yellow River District (serving the Newton and Rockdale counties).

We meet every Monday night from 7PM until 8:30PM at Shiloh Methodist Church's Barbecue Pit Building located at 10 Almon Church Road in Covington, GA 30016. We meet year round.

Directions:

From Covington:
Travel I-20 West, take Exit 88 and turn right onto Almon Road. Go Approximately 1/2 mile down the road and make a right on Almon Church Road. You will cross the railroad tracks and there is a ballfield located right next to the church.

From Conyers:
Travel I-20 East, take Exit 88 and turn left onto Almon Road, crossing back over the interstate. Go Approximately 1/2 mile down the road and make a right on Almon Church Road. You will cross the railroad tracks and there is a ballfield located right next to the church.
